As soon as I stepped foot inside the hotel I was made to feel very welcome. Check in was very easy. The rooms were more than ideal for my stay of three nights, enough storage space on the top floor room for everything I brought with me without making the room feel cluttered. Yes there are certain parts of the bathroom that were a little rough around the edges but I felt more than comfortable with that. These are quite old buildings and almost impossible to keep absolutely pristine - especially considering the great value for money being offered here. I explored quite a few districts of Paris and the location of the hotel made it so very easy to get around. staff on call 24/7, whether you are coming in at 4pm or 4am someone is there. Loved myself stay as a solo traveller and would highly recommend to anyone in a similar boat

At all stages the staff were friendly and helpful. My small single room was clean and had everything I needed including access by lift, a hairdryer, a fridge, and peace and quiet (the window looked onto a courtyard). There was a kettle and coffee machine but I didn't use them as there were so many nice cafes on the street outside. The bathroom was very small but clean with a well-functioning shower. This is not a luxury hotel and it's not beautiful, but for the price it's great value. The location is central and good for transport links, in a lively area with loads of places to eat and drink.

Nice staff and super convenient location, and very good price - hence very high grading as I just needed somewhere to sleep and wanted to spend money on other things. So the hotel elevator was too small for me as a claustrophobic person but stairs worked fine even to 5th floor. Clean room but worn down and small, with toilet and shower rooms separately, and old. Bedlinen super fresh and crispy clean and the bed was amazing: super comfortable madrass, pillow and duvet. I slept like a baby. No problem to leave suitcase by reception during the day.

The nicest staff ever!! :) I really enjoyed my stay there - everything was super clean, they even cleaned my room after one night already. There was a mini fridge and a coffee/tea machine, hairdryer and towels, everything that I expect from a hotel. There are many restaurants and cafés nearby, the metro is also very close. Honestly I would definitely come back to this hotel. The only reason I'm giving a 9 and not a 10 is that the hotel probably needs a little bit of a renovation but it's not a big deal.

Great location if you want to go to all the main attractions, 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station and quite close to Gare du Nord so was easy to get to. The staff were exceptional and friendly, was lovely to see such a happy welcoming from them each time we came back to our room. Loved our balcony view which was great for pictures. The 24/7 concierge desk was a plus and put our minds at ease for safety.
